I watched Galaxy Quest last night again, I love this goofy movie. Just the right level of awkwardness, geeky stuff and slightly over the top characters.
I just saw, and responded to, Kev Quirk seeking pen pals.
I really like that initiative, I just sent him a mail to see if he has a slot for me. Even if there is no slot for me I already found a few new blogs to check out; win-win as far as I am concerned.
I have been spending several hours today going over my open tabs in my browser, reading starred entries in my RSS reader, following links in those pages and finding new stuff. Glorious. I realise that I really like doing this. I knew this of course but I never consciously acknowledged it.
